Our customer approached us with a simple challenge - they wanted to get more customers from their website.
They told us that although they were getting a reasonable amount of traffic to their site, the old and outdated look and feel of the platform meant customers either didn’t feel compelled to reach out or found it difficult to get in touch via the website. This meant that a substantial number of opportunities were missed.
We were asked to create a solution that allowed our customer to easily update and customise a website that was both visually appealing and easy to use for their customers.
The Solution
We worked with our client to understand their needs and then developed a website that had a modern, sleek design. The pages of the site were super-simple to navigate for the customer, making it easy for them to find the information they need and submit a request for more information or a quote when they were ready to do so.
Our main focus was to create a website that would both generate high volumes of traffic and convert that traffic into paying customers.
How it Works
We developed a new, sleek website and implemented it within Odoo using supplied wireframes and design documents. The solution offers high levels of customisation such as allowing the customer to change their header and footer from within the configuration setting in the back end of Odoo. Users can also create some draggable and reusable elements, which makes updating and changing the website significantly easier.
